Outline planning permission for six villas with pools and drives

Lauro Springs is located in the small hamlet of Barriada La Alqueria with a few bars and restaurants as well as a local playground for children. Only a fifteen minute drive from Malaga Airport (towards Coin) and with a new road under construction from torremolinos to Ahurhine del la torre (the nearest town) giving direct access to the beach. There is also talk of a new formula 1 grand prix circuit not to far away.

The plot itself is on the edge of "Lauro Golf", a popular 27 hole course that has planning permission for a five star hotel and Equestrian centre. Each plot is 700m2 and will contain a 150m2 three bedroom villa and 80-100m2 of terracing.
